What exactly do you send each month?
Each month we deliver two different bottles of premium, hand-crafted red wine from two different boutique wineries (for the World Wide Reds and the Dynamic Duo clubs) and three different bottles from three different wineries (for the Ultimate Reds club). Each bottle has been carefully selected from the hundreds of wines we sample every month and each delivery is accompanied by our Wine Lovers Newsletter with tasting notes, serving suggestions, and fascinating facts about our featured wines and wineries.
What are the differences between the clubs that you offer?
The Ultimate Reds club is our premier club. But that doesn't mean that the Dynamic Duo or World Wide Reds clubs aren't fantastic! Our goal is to bring the very best wines that are available at every particular price point, from both the Napa Valley region and the world over. Also, Our Ultimate Reds and Dynamic Duo clubs feature California Wines. Our new World Wide Reds club offers intriguing selections from boutique wineries all over the world.
Can I choose which wines I'll receive?
Part of the fun of each monthly shipment is the excitement of experiencing our newest selections for the first time. So, while you can't choose in advance what wines you'll receive, you can rest assured that each monthly delivery is sent to you only after having passed the highest standards of our winemaking experts.
Are these full size bottles of wine?
Yes. Our wine clubs feature only full-sized, 750 ml bottles of wine.
How are your wine clubs packaged?
All of our wine clubs are delivered in specially-designed packaging to prevent breakage and to ensure safe delivery. You'll also receive our Wine Lovers Newsletter with tasting notes, serving suggestions, and fun facts about our featured wines and wineries.
Do you ship internationally?
No, our wine clubs are only available for shipping within the continental United States.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Our wine clubs are available to ship to all states except AK, HI and UT.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
No, we can only ship to business or residential addresses.
How much do you charge for shipping?
All of our wine clubs offer FREE SHIPPING EVERY MONTH.
Gift memberships are available in memberships from one to twelve
months and we also offer ongoing memberships that will continue to
ship until you instruct us to stop.
Can I choose to have my deliveries sent every other month?
Yes you can! We offer monthly, every-other-month, and
every-third-month shipping on all of our best-selling wine clubs.
What is your shipping schedule?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All deliveries are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.
If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. When placing your order you'll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift message right from your computer.
What if I don't like one of the wines? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!

Do members of the California Reds Wine Club have to be 21?
Yes! Membership in the Wine-of-the-Month club is restricted to those 21 years of age or older. Please be prepared to show I.D. upon delivery.
